Why isn't my tracking number working?
We’re sorry that your tracking number isn’t working! Sometimes it can take a few days for the number to register in the online tracking system. If your online tracking number still doesn’t work after 10 days from the date you received your shipping confirmation, please contact us by bellow contact form and we will promptly assist you!
The tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received my order?
Please check around your front door and your mailbox to see if you can find your order. If you have any housemates, please check with them to see if they may have received your parcel. You may also try contacting your local post office directly by phone to see if they happen to be holding it there, which can occasionally happen. If you can’t find your order, please contact us by bellow contact form and we will promptly look into this for you.
I don’t have my order within the delivery time listed. Where is it?
